Hnoi Latthitham, 58, reinvented herself during the Covid-19 pandemic. She took her love of Thai food and culture, and learned to livestream in order to share her enthusiasm with people all over the world. She now leads open-air market tours and cooking classes via Zoom, using an iPhone on a gimbal and a MacBook Air. Participants are also introduced to her elderly mother and their home garden, and given a glimpse into Hnoi's family history through portraits and family trees.
