Summary
The story of a young group of activist that had occupied an abandoned shed (belonging to the family of famous singer Julio Iglesias) in order to give their neighbors a public space of reunion and social activities. Property speculation has let the city of Madrid with very few spaces that could be used for non-consumptive recreation, free leisure activities and build strong bonds in the community. "The Grandmother", as they named this building, it's a tribute to the elder people of the neighborhood that represents a large percentage of the residents in the area.
