Alicia Vera is a Mexican-American photographer. She studied at Miami-Dade College in South Florida and the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA. She now freelances full time between Mexico City her hometown of Miami, FL.
Alicia is an IWMF 2018 fellow and an Eddie Adams XXIII alumni. She won the Getty Emerging Talent Award in 2013 and is a member of Women Photograph, Diversify Photo and IATSE Local 600.
