Visura is delighted to welcome photo editor, visuals producer, and photographer Laura Oliverio
to the 2022 Visura Mentorship & Internship Program, an invite-only mentorship and/or internship opportunity for one or more Visura members to work directly with the Visura team. Throughout the program, Laura will be mentored by Visura founder Adriana Teresa Letorney with a focus on visual editing and production.

Laura Oliverio is an emerging photo editor, visuals producer, and photographer based in New York.
She is a recent graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Science with a concentration in Photography. Her work combines art, documentary, and conceptual photography with a focus on childhood and community.
For two years, Oliverio served as President of the Syracuse University National Press Photographers Association (NPPA) Chapter
. In this role, she created lessons for weekly meetings that challenged photo students outside of the classroom. She was also the Head of Visuals at The Newshouse
news outlet at Syracuse University, where she assigned over 20 photographers to stories that dealt with inequality in Central New York.
Currently, she is a studio intern at The Line Studios
New York. Formerly, she worked in visuals at Zwilling J. A. Henckels

is an educational opportunity for a Visura member to receive mentorship from Visura founders Adriana Teresa, Graham Letorney and/or a guest industry leader. The goal of the program is to support the participant in furthering his, her, or them's career.
This opportunity is open to one or more aspiring professional(s) working in journalism, photography, film, art, tech, entrepreneurialism, and/or any new media role. As of today, this has been an invite-only program while Visura Founder Adriana Teresa and Graham develop an effective solution that empowers its participants with a unique and valuable experience.
