Announcing Open Call for Feature Length Films

Scout is delighted to announce a new Open Call for Feature Length Films. This is an opportunity for filmmakers aged 24 and under to submit your FEATURE LENGTH film for consideration in Scout Film Festival 2020 at The Institute of Contemporary Art / BostonWe are accepting submissions exclusively through FilmFreeway.

Submission deadline is January 10, 2020.

To qualify for Scout’s Open Call for Feature Length Films, the Writer and Director must be aged 24 or under, and the film must be over 40 minutes long.

The Scout team is thrilled to introduce this new opportunity that celebrates and recognizes achievements in feature filmmaking. 
It takes strength, bravery, sacrifice, and vision to make a film. At Scout, we want to support and celebrate your journey!

SCOUT IS WAIVING ALL SUBMISSION FEES FOR ONE MONTH!

Last year, we received submissions from 105 countries! As we encourage the development of new ideas, and work to establish an international collaboration in the film industry, we are challenging ourselves to reach 120 countries through this year’s open call.

To inspire submissions from every corner of this globe, we are waiving all submission fees for the month of November. 
Submit your film for free, expand our global perspective, and be a part of the Scout Film Family. The DEADLINE for 
free submissions is December 6, 2020.
