January 4, 2020- Chicago, Illinois, United States: Several hundred Chicagoans marched on the streets of Chicago calling for no war in Iran following the United States' Assassination of Ghasem Soleimani, an Iranian military figure operating in Iraq. At least two protestors were arrested when the protestors attempted to shut down a major thoroughfare in Chicago: Lake Shore Drive.
