Beautiful fall weather, dogs, and masks highlight the scene as thousands of women marched in DC today. At the Supreme Court some of them faced off with counter protestors over Trump, his Supreme Court nominee Judge Amy Coney Barrett, abortion, birth control and health care—all pivotal issues in the upcoming election. As one young woman speaker said (and I’m paraphrasing here), “20 years from now when I become president, judge Barrett will still be weighing in on decisions related my body, my mind."
