Misfit on the Hill
A number of people seeking for safety from a tragedy that lasted over 20 years (LRA war in the North) settle on this particular one - one by one creating the only slum that is located on a hill in Kampala presumably.
This was out of the generosity of the Kabaka (King of Buganda). It is known as the Acholi Quarters.
This in itself is evidence that the urban fabric is a consequence of more than a spatial need but rather other factors too like politics.
