DEADLINE EXTENDED:
Monday December 2nd, 2019
THEME
Please submit your visual stories that chronicle daily life anywhere in the world. We are particularly interested in themes such as: how climate change has affected the way we live, back-to-the-land movements or families/communities living “off the grid,” revelatory depictions of the human condition, and celebrations of local traditions or cultures. We welcome additional submissions beyond these suggestions including Visura members photographing in their own communities.

At least one winner will be selected. The winner will receive an invitation from "TWP" to feature this project or a new project on The Washington Post’s In Sight’s In Sight photo blog for the established payment rate. If the feature is selected for print publication, there will be an additional payment for that usage.
Past winners include: Esther Mbabazi, Chantal Heijnen, David Arribas, Johanna Warwick, Alejandra Carles-Tolra, Emily Schiffer, Diana Bagnoli, and Brigitte Grignet.
NOTE:
Letter from the Visura founder Adriana Teresa regarding submission fees.
