I was born and raised in Dorrigo, NSW, Australia, I moved to Brisbane to study my Bachelor of Photography at Griffith University, Queensland College of Arts. Since graduating I have been working on finishing a 4-year long project exploring eating disorders called immeasurable. immeasurable is a project of collaborative portraiture which explores the lived experience of those diagnosed with Eating Disorders. It is a subject I am very passionate about due to personal experience and the trauma and losses that are inherent to such a diagnosis. I have chosen to speak out in order to educate, to inspire, to warn, to promote empathy and discourage stigma. I am passionate about photographing misunderstood or overlooked experiences, both in Australia and overseas.
