Statement on the Early Closure of the 2022 UPPA Exhibitions

We regret to announce that we have closed the 2022 exhibition earlier than previously planned. The exhibition was scheduled to run until November 20th but we have taken the difficult decision to take it down today (November 10th).
This is as a result of venue scheduling conflicts which were decided without our knowledge or agreement. Events being held in the same space resulted in damage to our prints and the blocking of access for our visitors to the exhibition. We felt that the resulting experience did not do justice to the great photographers whose work we were exhibiting.
Our online exhibition remains accessible and we hope you will stay tuned and join the other photography-related events which we are organising in the coming weeks for and with our winners, visitors and students alike!
