Actually based between Mallorca and New York. Working as a freelancer, doing my own long-term personal projects and teaching photography in schools, universities and photography workshops.
After graduating in Photojournalism from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, I went to New York to work as an assitant with Donna Ferrato. I've been working and / or collaborating with various publications including Smithsonian Magazine, Magazine (La Vanguardia), La Vanguardia, Diario de Mallorca, El Mundo, Fisheye, Vogue. Since that time I have won several awards for photojournalism documentary photography, including two consecutive years the Photojournalism Award of the Balearic Islands. I have been selected this year as emergent photographer by the Smithsonian magazine and I participated in several exhibitions, both collective and individuals, emphasizing the collective "What Matters Now" at Aperture Gallery (New York) under the photography workshop of Donna Ferrato on Terrorism.
