Afghanistan is a country where prejudice is deeply rooted in most of the provinces. These prejudices can be seen among many ethnic groups. Some ethnic groups do not even give girls the right to choose when getting married! Or that in many cities, women do not have the right to work and study.
Women are often busy with housework, they don't have the right to comment! And they have to deal with all the problems of life, many relatives do not even allow two couples to divorce, divorce is considered a very bad act, even if the girl is in the worst problems, which is considered the biggest prejudice.
The elders are of the opinion that the girl goes to the husband's house wearing a white dress (bridal shirt) and leaves the husband's house with a shroud (a white cloth that Muslims wrap around the dead), this is a proverb, which means that only death can Separate husband and wife!
In many cities, people have a custom as soon as a girl gets her period, she must get married, and as soon as she gets married, she must get pregnant at the request of the groom's family! And if a girl does not get pregnant, they force their son to marry a second time and the son is obliged to take care of two wives!
It is unfortunate that many girls are victims of these prejudices, Girls who drop out of school and become mothers at the age of 14 and 15, and all their hopes are destroyed.
