The Light the Night event was celebrated yesterday at San Juan Bay. It was an event celebrating the people fighting Leukemia. An event dedicated to their families, friends, to lost loved ones, and to science. It was a meaningful and emotional gathering of warriors of all ages and backgrounds. Big companies were there in support and helping reach the money to help science do it's work, also big school groups supporting their own.

The Light the Night event is de...cience to do it's work.

The Light the Night event is dedicated to Leukemia patients, to their families and friends. It celebrates the warriors fighting, the souls that won the battle, and the ones lost in the fight. It also acknowledges the science behind the effort to eradicate it, the people who unites and collect the money needed for science to do it's work.

The Remembrance area was a big made up salon whit a round table in the center decorated with flowers and candles. There were red papers where you can write the name or names of persons you are supporting or remembering.

Walking around you found many teams. Some were companies, some were family groups, some others wear the blue "survivor" shirt.

Everyone was proud to show their support.

#bethespark was one of the biggest groups, and what was beautiful to watch is that it was a school in support of some of their own. They were young, energetic, optimistic, and loud in their support.

One thing that was evident through the ceremony is the amount of young people suffering from this terrible condition. All the people who stood and talked were very young and already survivors.
