Jan lives and works in Berlin. He takes Portraits to capture empathic stories about people and their lived experiences in still and moving images. His work mainly focuses on portraits and documentary practices. He has a bachelor in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at Hochschule Hannover. Before he graduated in Islamic Studies and Political Sciences from the university of Bamberg.
