Estimated 300 thousand people attended a demonstration on Prague's famous Letná plain where mass protests erupted 30 years ago to bring down communist rule in the country. This time, as well as to commemorate 30 years of democracy, protesters demanded that the current billionaire prime minister Andrej Babiš resign due to conflict of interest allegations, persisting key role of communist party in the parliament and perceived strengthening of ties with Russia blamed also on the politics of Czech president Miloš Zeman.
