On the 18th of March, 2016 the EU signed its deal with Turkey in an attempt to externalize the EuroÂpean borders, to use the Turkey to stop refugees from travelling on and into EU countries. To mark the anniversary of this deal an International Day of Action took place across the European Union against racism,fascism and austerity. Anti Nazi Demonstrators in Leipzig, Germany organised as an Anti Racist Block met at Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz in Leipzig.
