Amouna, Midou and Asmar are from Iraq, Morocco and Syria. It wasn’t war they fled, but homophobic and transphobic violence. In Istanbul, they’ve found refuge in the only shelter for LGBT refugees, Aman, where they try to rebuild themselves.
