About
Caroline is the IWMF’s Executive Coordinator, providing direct support to the Executive Director and assisting with the organization’s development and fundraising initiatives. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys running, playing the violin, and putting her previous bartending experience to good use in the kitchen.

After spending a year teaching English to underserved communities in Colombia, Caroline interned with the International Rescue Committee’s Anti-Human Trafficking program as a graduate student, where she conducted victim intakes with women survivors. The experience was inspiring and rewarding, and she is thrilled to now be working for an organization that is devoted to gender equity and women’s empowerment.

Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies from Montana State University, a master’s degree in International Administration from the University of Miami, and is currently completing her certification in Translation and Interpreting from UMass Amherst. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
