Summary
The photo book “La gente deprimida tiene sexo sucio y ganas de morir” is a diary transformed into a book. Using polaroid photography, drawings, and texts, she explores the complex relationship between sex, depression, and identity. This diary-book-object brings together the crudeness, the chaos, and the beauty of two years of 150mg of Zoloft use, non-monogamous relationships, mourning and pleasure.
Hey everyone! Super excited to announce my photo book❤️‍🔥 La gente deprimida tiene sexo sucio y ganas de morir ❤️‍🔥 This is a diary transformed into a book in collaboration with Raya Editorial and Santiago Escobar-Jaramillo.

I want to thank Santiago Escobar-Jaramillo for supporting the project since day one, pushing me to expand and publish it! About a year ago I was telling him all my ideas for the format of the book and he transformed all that jumble of possibilities into an accordion of non-linear narratives about sex, depression and identity. It's incredibly beautiful when creative visions come together to create. Thank you infinitely!!!!

I thank my anchors, collaborators and loved ones who have held my hand and supported me every step of the way Andrea Narváez, Salomé Jüey, and Puma. I love you. ❤
