Biography

I am an anthropologist and photographer. As such, I am concerned with exploring humans, their identities, and the connections they make with other beings. I consider my work to have an existential focus.

Currently, I am  a PhD candidate of Anthropology at University College London (UCL). In the past, I have worked as a teacher in Sierra Leone, as an independent journalist covering (mostly) Africa, and as a writer and editor at Makeshift magazine.

My photographic work has been featured in Vogue Greece, Makeshift, Huck Magazine, Think Africa Press, Addis Rumble, Rear Curtain, and others.
