I am a visual storyteller.  I have worked with an NGO in Guatemala, and I'm currently involved in personal projects in Cuba and with dog rescue organizations.  I am also shooting stories about mid-life changes and aging, about my Tennessee family and my Chicago neighborhood.  

In September 2013, one of my San Miguel Dueñas photographs was a finalist in the 5th Pollux Awards.  My work has been exhibited in Chicago and has been featured on several travel sites, including National Geographic Traveler.

Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, I moved to Chicago for a career in advertising.  My husband, dog and I live in an old Chicago neighborhood full of trees and dogs.
